Interview With A Master Of Cat Photography

Watch this wonderful video interview with pet photographer Walter Chandoha by the New York Times. Chandoha has taken stunning portraits of cats and dogs since the 1950′s and is a true master of this art. Chandoha’s photos are shot in medium format and will definitely make you smile. He says the secret to a good animal portrait is to capture the animals emotion.

I'm a professional photographer from Central Germany where I run a photo studio. I love to shoot portraits and I always like to push the limits. Whenever I'm not in the studio I'm outside chasing the light. I'm totally addicted to photography!
