This nature film explores the life, death, beauty and betrayal of the Alaskan landscape. Film maker, nature photographer and time lapse enthusiast, Paul Klaver spent three weeks in Alaska filming this epic with his Canon EOS 5D and GoPro.
Time lapse photography is effectively used to tell this incredible story. The short opens with a soundtrack of clouds dancing among a silent forest, which later is explored to reveal a world full of nutrients and nature. Birds, bears and creatures of the forest are all connected to the famous salmon run in which Paul managers to capture with a fresh perspective. This remarkable film demands to be watched in HD, it’s a true piece of art.
