Freezing cold

Andre Appel January 12, 2013 Creative Corner, World Through the Lens

Getting out of bed on weekends is sometimes really hard, especially if it is minus 10° Celsius out there. But then, the first rays of light touched the sky and I couldn’t resist my photographic insticts. I dived into my trousers, warm clothes, two jackets and headed out.

During the drive to one of my favourite locations I already felt that it was the right decision. Another 15 minutes walk later I was stunned by the light slowly moving across the landscape in front of me, with the mountains in the back and the fog inbetween slowly rising.
