At The Drags – Cameraman Flies as He Nearly Dies

Drag racing is one of the fastest sports around with a huge following of mad rev head fans. Grinner Hester, the cameraman featured in this video must be one of those die hard fans because on this day he wasn’t expecting to jump the concrete barrier onto the race track in order to save his life.

Thumbs up to Grinner for staying at the camera till the last second. Later in the video he explains why he stayed filming until the last second saying, “Whoa that’s going to be a good shot.” I’m sure the memory from this incident has stayed with him forever. Lizzy Musi the driver who lost control of the Chevrolet survived the crash.
